Launch Party Guests Reserve Boulevard One CityHomes

More than 100 “VIPs” attended the June 18 Pre-Sales/Launch Party for Boulevard One CityHomes, KUH’s new Lowry neighborhood. The VIP moniker was granted to all parties on the CityHomes interest list, many of whom signed up as soon as the project was announced.

At the end of the evening, 15 of the 35 homes available had been reserved. “It was a resounding endorsement of the exciting CityHomes project,” said KUH Senior Vice President Peter Benson. “Lowry is one of the most sought-after addresses in metro Denver. Our interest list exceeded 1,000 by the time of the launch party.”

Staged in The Tavern at Lowry Town Center, the gathering was the first opportunity for public viewing architectural renderings of the exciting new-modern homes with rooftop decks. Guests also studied floor plans, learned about neighborhood amenities and had the opportunity to discuss the project with KUH representatives.

They also enjoyed a sumptuous taco bar and refreshments and departed with CityHome information packets, including floorplans. Infrastructure for the community is in progress, with construction slated to begin this fall.
